SPI in partnership with Screen Skills Ireland and with funding from BAI is seeking participants for this course presented by Ibec.
Aimed at giving people managers a practical understanding of how to manage Dignity at Work, Grievances, and Disciplinary procedures and Investigations. This workshop will build on previous Employee Relations and HR events by providing participants with a case-study based approach to managing these procedures. It will also provide an understanding of covid related issues.
