The annual World Congress of Science and Factual Producers features an outstanding program of panels, networking events and pitch sessions that illuminate industry trends and showcase excellence in factual programming. It is a must-attend event for industry professionals working in specialist factual television.
More than 200 broadcast representatives attend each year, including such broadcasters as Discovery Canada, Science Channel, ABC, ARTE, BBC, CBC, Channel 4, Explora, France Télévisions, MDR, National Geographic, NDR, NHK, PBS, Radio-Canada, Rai, SBS, YLE and ZDF.
With a two-to-one ratio of independent producers to broadcasters, over 90 per cent of members report advancing projects and finding new production partners at each event.
