Update on RTÉ Code & Industry VAT Rates
The new RTÉ Code of Fair Trading Practice (which replaces the old Terms of Trade) has now been incorporated into RTÉ Programme Licence and Investment contracts.
This briefing for SPI members will highlight the changes to the commissioning and contracting process between RTE and independent producers based on the new RTÉ Code.
The briefing will also cover the implications of the Revenue E-Brief on VAT treatment of independent film & TV productions issued in July.
